Starting this morning, Xbox 360 users are now able to use USB drives to store games, videos, music, etc. Right now, Microsoft is only recommending that people use USB flash drives.

The minimum size required is a 1GB drive, while the most you can use on one drive is 16GB.

Until now, Xbox users had been forced to buy Microsoft's proprietary drives which cost several times the market rate for similar size/speed external drives.
